Located in the historic Art Deco district, the hotel is just 3-minutes' walk away from the beach. Within 15-minutes' walk you can reach the Lincoln Road Mall, the Art Deco Welcome Center and Lummus Park Beach. A choice of local restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs are within easy walking distance.

Rooms without a view
Not all rooms include an ocean view. While the suites offer balcony or terrace access, some guests were disappointed, and felt misled by the advertising, as their rooms did not feature a beautiful view. Some guests also reported that there were construction works on the street during their stay which was unappealing to look at and were disappointed they were not informed about prior to booking.

Some guests stated that the hotel was more expensive than they were initially led to be believe, due to the various taxes and resort fees that were added to their bill at the end of their stay, as well as the gratuity included in the restaurant bill.

Valet parking and Wi-Fi are offered at a surcharge. Some guests felt that the valet parking was too expensive and that services such as parking and Wi-Fi should be included in the price of the hotel stay.
