If it is your first visit to the hotel, make sure you book a room with windows facing the harbour, preferably on the top floor. The stunning view will leave you mesmerized for hours on end. Evening walks around the waterfront are blissful and the location is simply amazing.
All the employees are trained well to receive and take care of guests. They provide a warm welcome and an even warmer food plate upon arrival. They are friendly and receptive, and will listen to all your requirements without breaking a sweat.
All the rooms are clean and spotless. The corridors are well-kept, and the furniture is orderly. The staff members can be seen regularly cleaning every nook and corner of the hotel. The restaurant deserves a special mention for its excellent ambiance (and delicious food).
The parking charge is very high given the state of the parking area. Accessing the area may sometimes prove futile as well. The space available is also quite limited and small.
The amenities inside the hotel are quite outdated and may sometimes break down. For instance, the elevator may stop working - and it may take the maintenance team several minutes to get it started again. And though the rooms are well-kept, the décor is not worth the price you pay for.
The rubber seals surrounding the windows are frayed and broken, like rats had gnawed at them.
