Some guests stayed here with the children in order to enjoy the pool and water slides. It was a fun activity for children to enjoy and their parents were happy to have them do an extracurricular activity without moving too far. There's also a hot tub and swim times dedicated for adults-only.
Guests were happy to have plenty of options within walking distance of the hotel including a large mall, plenty of stores and restaurants. Some describe the hotel to be surrounded by eateries so it is very convenient to go out and eat.
Many guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the service. The breakfast room attendees were friendly and attended to the food. The food was self-served hot and plentiful and there are plenty of items to satisfy many tastes.
Some rooms had a definite smell of chlorine from the nearby pool, of cigar smoke, or a strong unclean smell that comes from unclean rooms. It was not a nice first impression to open the door and have to put up with unpleasant smells that were at times nauseating.
The customer service was too slow for some guests who requested simple things like pillows and blankets only to find they had to call several times and then head to an empty front desk. Some items were never brought or needed to be requested with insistence.
The carpeting in the hallways needed a good clean as it was obviously dirty, trash and towels were not replaced, and the a/c units were loud or leaking. Some shared linens and towels were found to be unclean and the some bathrooms were not cleaned for the new guest.
