Guests, both big and small said they had tremendous fun all day at the water slides. The water is warm, and the pool is large enough to accommodate plenty of adults and children. If you need to nibble on something, you can even order a snack and something to drink.
Many travellers just loved the warm welcome when they arrived in the lobby of the hotel, and those that had travelled from far felt even more relieved at the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Guests said this vibe extended throughout the hotel.
Almost all guests said you are just about guaranteed of getting the best sleep you have ever had in these beds. The mattresses are super-comfortable and the linens are fresh, white and clean. Some guests even peeked under the bed to have a look at the brand.
Guest rooms on several floors have been lucky enough to have had a complete renovation, however guests who got the older rooms were not pleased at all. They complained about mould on the skirting boards and ceiling, and grubby carpets.
Several guests had a scary moment or two in the elevators. Some guests got completely stuck, while others reported jerking while going up and down, along with loud mechanical noises. If you are uncertain, then you should probably take the stairs.
