The convenience of the hotel in proximity to the airport was a feature of many reviews. Many previous guests commented that they appreciated the fast and efficient shuttle service which guaranteed that they did not miss their flight and took the stress out of their journey.
A number of guests specifically singled out the staff at the hotel who provided them with fantastic customer service. Comments call the staff friendly and helpful and it seems that no request was too much trouble for the staff to accommodate.
The warm cookie on-arrival is a Doubletree favourite and this Doubletree did not disappoint its guests. Guests also mentioned how comfortable the beds were and how they appreciated the luxury linens which helped them to get a good nights sleep.
Some guests had very noisy neighbours during their stay at the hotel and suggested in their reviews that the hotel could invest in better sound-proofing between rooms to make their stay noise free.
A number of previous visitors specifically mentioned how disappointed they were with the breakfast which was served at the hotel, with many saying that there was not enough variety of food and that what was provided was mediocre at best.
For some the recent upgrade did not go far enough with a few previous guests commenting that they were housed in rooms which were still old and outdated and in need of an overhaul. These guests left tips for future visitors advising them to make sure that their reservation is in the newer part of the hotel
