DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, USA)

The views from the hotel across the Ohio river were for most the highlight of their stay at this Doubletree, some guest knew what to expect as repeat guests, but others were surprised by the relaxing vistas from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel rated a special mention across a number of reviews for their professional and friendly service provided to guests.  A number of guests felt the staff were particularly attentive which was the highlight of their stay.

Guests who stayed at the hotel commented that the rooms in comparison to other hotels in similar price points were very large. Guests were also pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in the bathrooms which were also larger than average.

Some guests did not have a good nights sleep at the hotel due to the noise coming from the other rooms and common hallway areas. Some guests unfortunately had neighbours who were having loud parties and this contributed to their distress.

Some guests complained via their reviews that housekeeping did not turn over their rooms daily. Guests who where staying at the hotel on extended stays commented that this was unacceptable.

A number of guests did not have a smooth check-in at the hotel as it seems from the reviews their reservations were either lost, mixed up or payment was taken twice.  Some guests also commented that the hotel had trouble accommodating their reservation requirements to have groups accommodated together.
