Neither of the pools on site seem to offer much shade on the decks. Some guests also report that both pools could do with more lounge chairs.
Expect up-sells and pricey services...
More than a few guests reported being invited to a V.I.P. resort tour which, a few minutes in, was revealed to be a high pressure timeshare sales event. The spa services, though highly enjoyable, were generally considered to be overly expensive.
Mixed reviews for the food.
While many guests enjoy the wide selection of restaurants on site, as well as the food itself, almost as many do not feel that its quality lives up to the resort's four-star rating.
