Employees at Edgewater Hotel and Casino are very conscientious and hard-working. The front desk staff will do their best to deal with any issues you may bring to their attention and will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
You'll find lots of things to keep yourself entertained at this resort. As well as the casino, there are a number of places to eat, as well as a bar and live entertainment. There are games, karaoke and dancing to enjoy. If you fancy working out, then there is a fitness center and the pool is a good place to relax.
You'll find it very easy to get to the riverside, where you can go on some very pleasant walks. It's also quite convenient to get into town from here.
Edgewater Hotel and Casino is in need of some renovation. Everything feels extremely old and some of the fixtures and fittings are in need of repair.
Some of the guestrooms here have a rather musty or perhaps moldy smell about them. There is sometimes a similar smell in the elevator and in the lobby as well.
While the staff are friendly and hard-working, service can still be a little slow here. Checking in can take an age, especially when there are only a couple of employees dealing with a lengthy line. The food can take a long while to arrive in restaurants as well and the valet service isn't especially fast either.
