El Hotelito Perdido is a small jungle hideaway, situated in the heart of the Rio Dulce National Park. The property is across the river from the mineral thermal springs and are kayaking distance from Rio Dulce Canyon, Manatee Reserve and some beautiful waterfalls. Although it feels like a million miles from anywhere, being just off the popular tourist route between Livingston and the town of Rio Dulce means that the hotel is easily accessible by boat. El Hotelito Perdido is eco-sensitively designed to blend into the landscape with thatched roofs and charming wooden structures. Accommodation ranges from our three-bed "Jungle Loft" to cozy two-story bungalows with private bathrooms. With only three private cottages and two rooms, it feels nicely exclusive. The property offers drinks, and restaurant services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, always with a vegetarian option), which includes our own homemade bread. The hotel rents kayaks, there is dock to swim from, there is Yoga Hut, tropical gardens, plenty of hammocks to relax in, games to play and good books to read.
