The outdoor pool is said to be a very nice addition to relax and enjoy the water. Guests liked the waterfall and the lounge area with a poolside bar. The overall ambiance was a nice addition to the stay.
The cooked-to-order complimentary breakfast is raved about by many of those who stayed here. It is not usual to find cooks prepare omelets and various breakfast meats at no charge. A good change from the continental option.
Guests did not want to overhear other people's activities but they had no choice given the walls in between them were too thin to ignore any noise coming from other rooms. It got to be annoying and distracting for some guests after a while.
Some guests got the impression the hotel's staff was working for work but did not put any effort into enjoying their work or making their guests feel welcomed. They felt treatment was too indifferent and not warm which was a major disappointment. They would not smile or have an interest in the guests' state of mind.
Some guests had a run with unwelcomed guests in their rooms including being bit by bed bugs and finding roaches walking up and down, or ants picking up bits in the rooms. It was not a nice sight to see or be bit by the bugs.
