Located in the heart of the Chain of Lakes region, on Ottman Lake, this completely gutted and remodeled 1960s vintage cottage is now equipped with all amenities and ready to host your next relaxing retreat! In walking distance of many main amenities including The Wheelhouse Restaurant, Dings Dock, Becker Marine, and mini golf. Convenient for driving around the area, enjoying the beautiful waters, or walking to local attractions. There are two screened porches, a rowboat and canoe, fire pit, and dock for your enjoyment. This is a quiet property located on a dead end street for a tranquil vacation (though near enough to all activities). Shallow shore lake for swimming and clear waters for enjoying! \r\n\r\nSpecial Note: In order to maintain this vintage cottage we ask that guests smoke outside, remove shoes while indoors, and refrain from bringing pets indoors.
