**Weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay if both Friday & Saturday nights are showing available! Please DO NOT send booking for 1-night if it involves a Friday -or- Saturday night, as it will be declined.** However, if booking within *2-days* of arrival, I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night.\r\n\r\nTwo Bedroom Twins: King in master, twins in second bedroom, queen Murphy bed in living area. Maximum occupancy 6.\r\n\r\n***Please review ALL details in each field***\r\n\r\nNo cleaning fee!\r\n\r\nThe Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.\r\n\r\nOnsite management will require a security deposit against a major credit card (subject to change without notice). Such security deposit is scheduled to be released on day of departure.\r\n\r\nABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
