Entire House / Apartment New Beachfront home! (Nicholls Town, Bahamas)

This is a newly built 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beachfront home located in the Northern part of Andros, Bahamas. It is a great place to rest, fish, sail or snorkel (equipment for water activities is available at the house). It could be used for a romantic getaway or a guys or girls weekend retreat or the perfect fishing lodge. We are located 10 minutes from San Andros Airport. Additionally, we host lots of sailors who bring their beautiful vessels. The dock is a mere 5 minutes from the house. If you take 15 steps out of the front door you will be in the water. We provide transportation to and from the airport. Furthermore we also provide housekeeping services at no additional costs to guests. If you want to sail we also charter vessels to take guests out sailing/fishing. Want a great place to eat? You can have our chef prepare a meal at the house or arrange to eat at any of the wonderful local restaurants in Andros.
