About Privately Owned 2 Br/2 Full Baths,- Condo Unit

This recently updated Condo is on one level, ground floor, a floor down from parking. It is the second unit adjacent to a new swimming pool area and grill which overlooks Greer\'s Ferry Lake, on the top of the mountain, just a few miles from the Marina, between 2 great golf courses, with access to tennis courts and hiking trails. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with DW, washer and dryer unit in the hall off the master, which opens to the balcony overlooking the lake, the balcony connects to the living room balcony for picturesque views of the beautiful mountain range. The guest bedroom has 2 regular beds and 1 queen bath, the living room has a settee and a sofa that converts to an additional bed (sleeps 8). The bar opens to the kitchen. The breakfast area is a bistro seating up to 6 people.
