Our spacious cottage sits behind our mid-century ranch on a quarter-acre yard, surrounded by trees, including a beautiful redwood. This cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Our quiet neighborhood is only one mile from historic downtown McMinnville. Need recommendations on a great place to eat or wine taste? We\'ll point you in the right direction. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome. The cottage has a keyless code entry. We stock the cottage with fresh local coffee, cream, & special chocolates from a local chocolate shop. The queen bed (memory foam) sleeps two and the sofa pulls out into a bed. The smart TV is setup with Netflix so all of our guests can catch up on their favorite shows. Our kitchenette has a French press, tea kettle, hot plate and mini fridge. Wine bottle opener included. :) Our property is minutes from the golf course, library, community swimming pool, coffee shops, wineries, and many amazing restaurants. \nThe cottage has a separate entrance from our main house. We do respect the privacy of our guests as much as possible. We want to make sure you have what you need so feel free to reach out if you need anything.
