This is our new summerhouse we are prepairing for rental. It will be wery well equipped with all essentials.\r\nThe house has a big Kichen/Living room, two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and other room with one single bed. On the loft you will find spacious TV lounge and a bedroom with two single beds. Toilet with shower and a bath tub. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.\r\n\r\nThe location is perfect for those who like to spend few days exploring the area in the south/west iceland. Snæfellsnes (Arnarstapi) is with in approx one hour driving distance and that area is perfect for one day trip to explore the Arnarstapi, Hellnar, Stykkisholmur and all in between.\r\nAlso closer is many fantastic things to explore, like:\r\nSettlement centre in Borgarnes - 10 min drive\r\nTry out the swimming pool in Borgarnes - 10 min drive\r\nLangjokull Glacier Cave - 50 min drive\r\nAnd many more........\r\n\r\nThe house has a New fantastic Hot Tub to soak in after a good day of exploring.
