There were problems that may all have been from previous renter, but were corrected when called for correction. They had left pans unclean but put away, had cracked the coffee pot carafe, the blender was missing, light bulbs missing, chipped glass tops to Pyrex bowls so glass was in the bowl. Things that the housekeepers would have had to look for to find. Would’ve been nice if the dishwasher would have been emptied and the DVD player in the kids room had been hooked up. Overall it is a nice and very convenient rental, but the trip was not as seamless as could have been because felt like constantly having to ask for things to be fixed. Hopefully, after we were there, the next renter found that everything was as advertised with nothing to be corrected.

Everything turned out fine

We love Soaring Eagle Lodge for it easy check-in, ski-in/ski-out location, hot tubs, and quiet. This is a great apartment. Loved: fireplace for warming up after a long day skiing; good assortment of kitchen utensils; comfortable beds; washer and dryer in unit. Niggles: the sheets and comforters were not the most comfortable and the apartment was on the dark side. These niggles are just annoyances, but not enough to detract from a great stay.

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. We really liked the fact that it was close to the lift, and the facility had a great hot tub and spa, and underground parking! Even the concierge desk helped us with luggage upon check-in. Nice touch!

Fanastic condo!

Family vacation at Soaring Eagle/Snowshoe was a success!Despite unseasonably warm weather, there were plenty of trails open and we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic

We loved staying here. It was the perfect spot with amazing views, wonderful skiing right outside your door, and so comfortable. It was furnished with everything you could need. The beds were great and kitchen well stocked. The ski lockers were great also. So convenient. We had a slight problem with the heat in the master but Kip was very responsive. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful place to stay

This was our second time at Soaring Eagle and we have been very happy with our stays. The condo was welcoming, clean, a well stocked. The whole process of communication with VRBO was great from beginning to end. We look forward to another ski trip in the future. Ski-in ski-out is just wonderful and having lockers is another added bonus. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time.

We loved this unit. Best we have stayed in for large family. However, it was not cleaned well at all. Kitchen counters dirty and many dirty dishes in cabinet. Table tops dirty and hair found in the sinks. Also had several maintenance issues we had to call about but were promptly fixed. Will come again but would request you evaluate your cleaning staff.

We had asked to change our plans, and she did it without hesitating. Soaring Eagle #411 is an outstanding condo with all that you'll need for your stay, the staff at soaring eagle were just as great and friendly to deal with.

Snow filled March weekend

Arrived over two hours after the realty office closed Sunday night and Debbie still happened to be there. Our room keys and information packet was just where she said they would be. We took the 6 mile trek up to Soaring Eagle Lodge. Parking in the heated garage was a plus that night since it was in the low 20s with gusty winds. 411 (2BD, 2BA) was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys! The balcony faces east so we had great views of the sunrise above the mountains. You can also see the hot tubs. Soaring Eagle Express lift was opened so it was always nice to ski back. In the morning, we would just take the green Upper Flume trail to the main part of the mountain. We did take the shuttle to the less crowded Silver Creek area one afternoon. The wait for the shuttle was 10 minutes and the ride to Silver Creek was less than that. Our accommodations in 411 was everything we expected. This room will not disappoint. My only 2 minor complaints were that one, my 2 sons complained about their bed being uncomfortable and 2, the dishwasher would not work. Mountain Valley Realty called for it to be repaired but it was never fixed. I can't fault them for that. We all did our share of dishes and it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely use Mountain Valley Realty again and stay in Soaring Eagle 411 again.

Having never been to Snowshoe we weren't quite sure what to expect but after a lot of research felt Soaring Eagle would be the best location for us and our two young children. The location was great, the large lockers and heated parking garage were much appreciated and the unit was much larger than anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. The reservation and check in process was easy. A minor recommendation would be to stock the unit with some paper towels or dish towels. We look forward to returning again!

Only complaint was not much in the kitchen to use to cook or eat with/off of. But, it's a rental, so that's to be expected.

We arrived late, but our package was waiting for us at the mail box which was helpful since there isn't cell phone service. Soaring Eagle's facility is incredible and the staff is 100%! We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort! The ski-in and ski-out couldn't have been more perfect for our weekend ski trip! The hot tubes are fabulous as well! We are already planning our trip for next ski season! The wifi in the room was helpful as well!
