Its a rustic log cabin, totally handcrafted. Just below is the Chowan River and at the mouth of the Albermarle Sound. It is full of White Perch and you can go crabbing. Fire pit outside for roasting marshmallows.Its has a walk way off the back porch that will take you all the way to the river. It is very good for exercising.Firewood is provided for the fire pit.There is also a fire pit with some wood on the beach by the pier. There is a golf cart for those who choose to ride to river instead of walking.
