Take a short 15 minute trip to the Pictured Rocks, a glass bottom shipwreck tour on Lake Superior, the beaches of Lake Superior, or bike around Grand Island. \r\n During the winter, there is no better place to stay to enjoy the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails the area has to offer. Our cabin sits right in the center of the lake effect snowbelt in the Upper Pennisula.\r\n Munising is 12 miles from the chalet where you will find a large grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, gift shops, churches, and bars.
