Placed in a beautiful and quiet court, this unit features 1 bedroom/1bathroom and a living room with dining area and kitchenette.\r\nThis unit is placed in the lower level of a two stories residencial house where it is the only living space. It is located at ground level so it has full windows, its own entry by the sidewalk and it is fully separated from the main residence located at the upper level.\r\nThe kitchenette is fully furnished with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster/convection oven, single serve coffee maker and electric skillet however it does not have a sink. I provide all disposable dinnerware, basic kitchen supplies and complimentary coffee.\r\nHigh speed internet and complimentary toiletries are also provided.
