Popular Boston attractions, restaurants, bars and shops surround the hotel, while further afield points of interest such as Fenway Park and the Museum of Fine Arts are a short drive away.
The front desk personnel, according to the overall opinion of former visitors, are one of the main assets that the hotel has at its disposal. The customer service they provide is apparently very accommodating and friendly.
The majority of past guests staying at the Milner Hotel were happy with the continental breakfast served. Whilst the dining room itself is regarded as small with a limited amount of seating, the quality of the breakfast was typically seen as acceptable - especially when it is inclusive with all stays.
