This resort boasts luxury. Guests love the in-room fireplace, spacious rooms, large closets and the rain shower. The location is convenient to all trails and restaurants and a personal driver will shuttle you everywhere in town.
The personnel is professional and welcoming, making you feel at home, and going the extra mile to service your needs. Guests were very impressed with the personal attention from the staff, and that they were often called by name, even my staff members they didn't personally meet.
Guests rave about their experience with the Ski Concierge. The service is wonderful; the staff, attentive. If you'd like, they are willing to help you carry your equipment. Parents were pleased to see the personnel being extra helpful with young children. You can also find complimentary drinks and snacks in the main lobby.
While most guests enjoyed the quality of the spa treatments, a few complained about the staff there being pushy in trying to sell them products from the store, even after politely declining.
