The 3-star Monzoni Hotel is located in the town centre of Pozza di Fassa. The hotel takes its name from the mountains which stand before it. Opened in 1929, the hotel has taken the place of what was once an ancient refreshment station for stagecoaches, trains, postal services, and the then rare tourists. Run by the friendly and knowledgeable Locatin family, the hotel has undergone numerous renovations and expansions. The hotel offers a spectacular view of the Dolomites, from Sella to Catinaccio (Rosengarten), and from Monzoni to Sassopiatto (Plattkofel). It is a family run hotel with an established tradition, built in the classic style of the Trento province while also maintaining the traditions of warm hospitality, and offering guests the conveniences that make a vacation more enjoyable. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing of all types and levels, both in summer and winter.
