The quality of the rooms has generated rave reviews from nearly all former guests. Described as spacious and well-appointed, the rooms were also commonly seen as immaculately clean and tidy throughout.

With various stores and dining options in comfortable walking distance, the accommodation's location was a regular highlight of staying for previous visitors. Moreover, the inclusion of free on-site parking also further enhanced the location aspect for those travelling in their own vehicle.

For those that spent some time in the facility, the on-site bar area was usually a popular feature of the hotel for past guests. As well as being an enjoyable place to unwind with a drink, the food served at the bar was often commended.

At times, past visitors had their stay at the accommodation disrupted by noise. Along with reports of noise from the on-site bar area, those residing in adjoining rooms can apparently be overheard due to limited soundproofing.

The lack of a lift to service the floors was an understandable disappointment for numerous previous guests that stayed at the hotel. This was especially a problem for those with limited mobility and had a room on the top floor of the building.

For a notable amount of those that used it, the Wi-Fi was a significant negative issue about staying at the accommodation. Occasionally, former visitors have encountered reliability issues when it came to using the wireless Internet provided by the property.
