Facilities at the Grand Oaks Hotel Hotel include a 24-hour front desk, fitness room, laundry facilities, sun deck, elevators and free Wi-Fi. Spacious on-site parking is also available. A complimentary hot breakfast is served each day at the hotel and contains items such as pancakes, cereals, breads, fruit, juice and tea/coffee. The Tanger Outlets and Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre are both ten minutes away from the hotel on foot. Titanic Museum is a 25-minute walk.

The recently renovated rooms have been a hit with previous visitors to the Grand Oaks Hotel. Along with the beds and other furnishings considered comfy, the rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities. The accommodations are also adjudged as being quiet for the most part.
Despite a small minority of past guests reporting minor hygiene issues, most were very happy with the level of cleanliness on display at the hotel. The rooms and public facilities are both generally thought of as clean overall.
When it comes to central locations in Branson, few offer the convenience provided by the Grand Oaks Hotel - a sentiment shared by virtually all former visitors. Positioned in the popular Branson Theatre District, a variety of restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance.
Some of the rooms at the Grand Oaks Hotel have been labeled small by a variety of former guests, with the private bathrooms in particular a cause for concern in that regard. In addition, space and storage solutions for luggage are also supposedly limited.
Although the majority of previous visitors to the hotel were happy with the quality of breakfast served, a small number have commented disapprovingly about what they consider to be a limited selection of items available.
As the Grand Oaks Hotel is split into two different buildings, this has proved to be somewhat of an inconvenience for some past guests on occasion - especially if they were located in a building that was separate from the facilities they wanted to use.
