Perfectly situated to visit numerous nightlife venues, shopping malls, restaurants, Terminal 21 facilities, the Sky Bar, spas and Nana BTS Skytrain. There's a rooftop swimming pool, standard gym facilities, security staff and twenty-four hour camera surveillance, airport shuttles and limousine service, secretarial assistance, enhanced executive lounge privileges, babysitting service with advance notice, a decent on-site restaurant and tasty daily breakfast spread. Superb for business or leisure travel to the lively Bangkok area.

Rooms are decent with tasteful decor, great showers, decent Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. Floor-to-ceiling window views over the city in some are spectacular.

This team is warm and welcoming from arrival to departure. Reception and concierge are particularly efficient with (usually) speedy check-in/out and overall top notch and professional customer service.

The rooftop swimming pool is quite a bit smaller than expected with very few (sometimes only three) poolside lounge chairs available for guests. Some of the standard rooms are also much smaller than pictured on the website, with far shabbier views as well.

Some may be disturbed by sounds from neighbouring rooms or street noise outside. Bring your earplugs.

It seems this spot is a great value only if you get in on a special promotion offer or perhaps go for the executive range of bookings. Some have been disappointed with the price of their mini-bar provisions, lack of in-room bottled water and coffee replenishment during multiple-night stays and inflexible check-out times - even when their check-in time was significantly delayed by the hotel.
