About Wompoo Eco Retreat
Elevated on a hill to capture tropical breezes, Wompoo Eco Retreat, has stunning views of Thornton Peak, Cape Tribulation and the Coral Sea. It is located in close proximity to the beautiful Cow Bay beach, numerous waterholes, mangroves and rainforest boardwalks. On the property are two stunning bungalows utilising rammed earth to ensure a cool interior and designed to maximise views of the mountain ranges from the comfort of your bedroom and bathroom. Each bungalow has private undercover decking with seating and self -contained cooking facilities. You also have a outdoor bath to soak, sip on your favorite beverage and gaze on the stars above. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a continental breakfast comprising local produce while looking down onto World Heritage rainforest. A significant area of the property has trees with discrete open spaces as well as tranquil spots to enjoy the flora and fauna. Further, there is a creek, meandering through Wompoo that ensures a welcome retreat for quieter contemplation.
