Most guests are very pleased with the team at reception, noting that they are eager to accommodate special requests and to share their knowledge of the area.
Guests note that the rooms are very clean and that the housekeeping team is friendly and responsive to requests. Many comment that the beds are very comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi is well appreciated.
Several guests were put off by the various additional charges for items like refrigerators and beach chairs. Others would have liked to see the breakfast buffet included in the room rate, and/or a less expensive alternative to the valet parking on site. A
The vibrant, tropical decor is not to every guest's taste, and more than a few have described the hotel as a bit dated throughout. Several noted worn carpets and unusual bathroom fixtures.
Several guests have noted that the fitness centre on site is fairly small, with limited, older equipment. However, with the Atlantic and the Boardwalk just outside the door, there are plenty of ways to exercise in the fresh air.
