This hotel is situated just minutes away from the Mobile Regional Airport making it the perfect option for accommodation for guests wanting to be close by before catching their flight. To add to the convenience, this hotel offers guests a free airport shuttle service which has assissted guests tremendously.

For purposes of dining, guests need not even leave the hotel as on-site and in-room dining is an option. For shopping and off-site restaurants, guests are spoiled for choice with Bel Air Mall being just a mile away offering great shops and dining options to choose from.

Guests have been extremely pleased with how they have been treated when visiting this hotel. Staff are incredibly polite, efficient and, on more than just a few occasions, have gone out of their way to make all guests feel as comfortable as possible and resolve any issues that have arisen.

While many guests have enjoyed having an on-site pool available, several reviews suggest that the pool is overly chlorinated making it difficult to enjoy. This is not a factor that has detracted from the experience of this hotel but has affected guests enjoyment of this on-site feature.

Hotel management cannot control the volume of neighboring guests staying at this hotel. However, they can put sound-proofing measures in place for the purposes of creating a quieter environment. Guests have been frustrated with the noise levels from other guests at this hotel largely due to the thin walls separating rooms.

Several reviews have indicated that guest rooms, upon arrival, have been dusty and untidy. This is largely due to a lack of attention to detail from housekeeping. More effort should be put in by those cleaning rooms as many guests feel it would make a big difference.
