The hotel has 120 guestrooms in 7 categories. These have flat screen cable TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, bathrooms with separate shower and bath tub, scales and robes, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, free wireless Internet, ironing facilities and a safety deposit box. The 1000 has a 24 hour a day business centre with technical and secretarial assistance. 2774m2 of conference and 8 meeting rooms, a ball room and an exposition area. The hotel Spa offers an array of facial and body treatments. A 24 hour airport and port shuttle service (for a fee) is available, as is valet parking in the private car park (for a fee), a library, car and limousine hire, an events organisation team, newspapers, shoe shining, ticket service, laundry, dry cleaning and 24 hour room and front desk services.
