Guests had a lot of praise for the clean and modern rooms that include many amenities you might want for a stay away from home, starting with fridge and microwave and premium bedding and ending at the little things like Ipad/Ipod compatible alarm clocks and turndown service with little chocolates. Free breakfast and free happy hour have been pointed out by many guests as a great experience as well.
The hotel is not located directly next to any loud nightclubs or bars, but still only a couple minutes long walk from the main entertainment street, Duval street, and in walking distance to many of the main attractions of the Key West. Being in the center of Key West but still having a feeling of secluded peace, especially with the courtyard area and the pool, makes this hotel a highlight for many guests.
Guests had only good things to say about the staff. Friendly and helpful they made the stay for many a great experience. Their recommendations of restaurants and bars, booking assistance in activities and rentals and help with little requests were praised by guests and were part why their vacation was relaxed and enjoyable.
