positive:
Top Notch Service
The personnel are friendly and pleasant. Should you have a special request, or should any problems arise, the staff will be very accommodating. Many guests enjoyed the quick and easy check-in process. Even your pets will feel appreciated - all four legged guests receive a goodie bag upon arrival. .
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy Nuisance
The traffic noise can also be quite bothersome if your room faces the highway. Choosing a higher floor room should help. Guests have also complained about the air conditioner units being loud. Some earplugs are recommended as a precaution if you're a light sleeper.
negative:
Storage Space Situation
The minimalist loft style has one downside - virtually no closet space, or storage areas. There are no dressers and the small closet area is closed off by only a curtain. There is, however, a safe in the room to secure your valuables and open shelves for storage.
negative:
Parking Problems
While the self-parking is free, it can apparently be hard to find a spot on the weekend.
