If you are arriving by car this is an ideal place to stay as it is located out of the downtown area in a suburban area and has lots of free parking. Vaughan Mills shopping centre is located just across from the hotel and it has a large range of shops and eateries.
The hotel has a very modern vibe and stands out from other hotel chains with its urban theme. Housekeeping do a great job of keeping everywhere clean to a high standard. Bliss toiletries are provided for guests’ convenience. There is a lively atmosphere due to the design of the public areas, they are very sociable and the pool table and board games are popular additions.
Staff here frequently deliver excellent customer service and do what they can to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Guests feel staff are very sincere make an attempt to get to know them and exchange pleasantries.
There is an on-site swimming pool however it is very small and you can’t really swim laps in it. Guests feel for a new hotel this is something that could have been designed better.
The hotel has very limited catering facilities and therefore breakfast is pretty average and for lunch and dinner you will probably want to eat elsewhere.
The pillows that this hotel chain uses are not particularly comfortable and are big, fluffy things that disappear into nothing when you lay on them. Guests feel that changing these completely or offering a basic pillow menu should be a priority.
