Central to a variety of top Vienna attractions, this is a great choice for those who want to stay within the hustle and bustle of the vibrant city. Guests also commented that the public transport in the area is fantastic for those who want to explore a bit further afield.
Feedback from guests is that the rooms at the Ambassador are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Many guests also reported that despite boasting a city centre location, there is only a small amount of noise from the streets below, meaning you are sure to get a great nights sleep.
Staff at the hotel are said to be friendly and efficient, with any problems sorted easily and quickly.
Many guests have commented on the fact that the hotel permits smoking in the bar. This leads to the smell of cigarette smoke drifting through communal areas and corridors. Non-smoking guests may wish to take this into account prior to booking.
Some guests have commented that the bathrooms within the guest rooms are quite small. This however did not detract from guests' overall experiences.
