America's Best Inn at Beaufort is a two star Hotel within one and a half miles from the town centre and boasts a large shared pool. The rooms are set over 2 floors with free parking to the front benefiting from twenty four hour reception service, cable TV, en-suite facilities, alarm and ice machines. The hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout the building and air conditioning and guests can also enjoy a free coffee whilst waiting in their reception area. Breakfast is continental and included with the stay. Those wanting to venture out on an evening can choose from many nearby restaurants such as La Nopalera Mexican, Breakwater restaurant for American cuisine or Saltus River grill for sushi. Beaufort has lots to offer visitors such as kayaking through the rivers and marshes, beautiful beaches, dolphins boat trips, the water festival in July or the shrimp festival every October.

The town center is within walking distance giving you easy access to restaurants, retail stores, gas stations and convenience stores. You can leave your vehicle at the hotel and walk to most places saving on parking.
There are unfortunately many reviews regarding infested bedding with flea's mentioned. Many previous guests have been bitten whilst staying and have also said they could see and feel insects on their skin. The reviews are over a long period of time.
All rooms appear to have a cleaning issue. En-suite's are filthy, shower heads are black with mould, carpets sticky to walk on, windows have finger prints all over them and the bedding is stained. Some previous guests have mentioned they would not take off their shoes and walk on the carpets as they were so awful.
The hotel is dated and guests have expressed their disappointment with the condition the hotel is in and would not return until it has been given an uplift. Furniture is very out of date, awful colored bathroom suites and the carpets are in serious need of refreshing.
