Hotel Americas Best Inn and Suites (Lakeland, USA)

Americas Best Inn and Suites Lakeland has recently renovated their hotel rooms with some still undergoing renovations. Newer rooms feature updated décor, furnishings and carpeting. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The hotel offers a free Wi-Fi connectivity service in rooms as well as in public spaces. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and the service is fast and efficient making it ideal for checking in with the office, emailing and researching the area for must-see attractions.

Staff are friendly and polite with the 24-hour front desk staff displaying a great ‘can-do' attitude towards sorting out any issues or requests. Linda, the hotel manager is usually onsite and is very approachable and accommodating.

While the hotel undergoes much needed renovations it is important to note that some en suite plumbing is still an issue. Some of the more common issues include slow drainage in showers and basins and intermittent hot water delivery.

Americas Best Inn and Suites Lakeland does not offer any breakfast service in the mornings, there is also no restaurant on the premises for meals. The upside though is that there are plenty of restaurants, steak houses and fast food places within a short distance of the property.

Rooms do not feature good sound insulation against outside noise. Room walls are also very thin so it is easy to hear guests in other rooms. Rooms closer to the road are also noisier and therefore not ideal for business travelers or light sleepers.
