Guests appreciated how the hotel's parking area is adequately illuminated. The well-lit surroundings were particularly noted by guests who were travelling alone and said they felt safe moving between the car park and their rooms.
Guests were pleasantly surprised that they had no trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Also, once connected, guests said the signal was strong and consistent. If you need to use the Internet during your stay, this hotel should make it easy to do that for free.
Guests were often met with overpowering bad odours when coming into their rooms. The smells usually seemed associated with excess moisture or mold problems, but guests could detect smoke smells too.
Guests often reported functional or cosmetic problems with the doors in their rooms. There were comments that the doors did not fit the frames properly and were therefore difficult to open and shut. Guests also reported that their doors were badly damaged as if they had been severely hit or kicked. Comments were also made about malfunctioning locks.
Guests warned that the noise from traffic on Interstate 45 makes it extremely hard to sleep. They similarly said that the doors do not do a good job of blocking noise, which makes the traffic even more obvious.
