The hotel is located just off busy I-95. It's also a short and straight drive down the main road of Melbourne to the popular Indian River area which has lots to see and do. There are also numerous restaurants and shops on that same road.

If you looking for an overnight stay, this has all you'll need. You'll get a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. The rooms have many features for short or long term stays. Also the onsite lounge is quite popular and the outdoor pool is in great shape.

The hotel has a lot of bug problems, mostly with ants. Expect to see long black lines of these creatures, especially in the bathrooms and around water sources. If you eat in the room, you'll have company and competition for the food.

This place fails at keeping up with the southern humidity. There is no dehumidifier in the room and the constantly running air conditioning just adds to the problem. Mold and mildew are on most of the surface, even the electronics.

There is a heavy smell of must in all the rooms, probably due to the problem with mold. However, that does compete with the heavy and lingering odors of cigarette smoke. It's hard to tell which rooms are nonsmoking because the smell seems to be throughout the building.
