Located next to the Maspalomas Golf Course, the Bungalows Cordial Green Golf bungalows are nestled in sand dunes. Maspalomas Golf Course is within walking distance, as are the Maspalomas sand dunes. Yumbo Shopping Centre and the Maspalomas Lighthouse are less than two miles away. All bungalows have ceiling fans, a sofa bed, and a separate living room and sitting area. A full-sized refrigerator and freezer, kitchenette with stovetop and cookware, and tea and coffee maker can also be found in every unit, along with satellite TV. Built in 1980, Bungalows Cordial Green Golf has 266 units and offers guests the use of two swimming pools, free self-parking, free Wi-Fi in the lobby and a children's club and playground. The bungalows have a restaurant and poolside bar. All meals can be included in a package or guests can choose to have breakfast, lunch or dinner when they choose. Maspalomas Golf Course is within walking distance, as are the Maspalomas sand dunes. Yumbo Shopping Centre and the Maspalomas Lighthouse are less than two miles away.

Guests admired the flowers and greenery surrounding the bungalows and the fact that the area is quiet and secluded. Many enjoyed sitting on their balconies with views over the nearby golf course and surrounding countryside. If you are looking for somewhere tranquil and peaceful then you won’t be disappointed.
Many of the guests said that they had everything they needed on-site for a comfortable stay. The large and clean swimming pools were enjoyed by many and the supermarket within the complex was said to be well stocked. There is also an on-site restaurant which was complimented for the quality of its food.
The pool areas as well as the bungalows were kept clean and tidy according to many of the guests. The housekeeping was said to be thorough and guests said that their bungalows were cleaned regularly and that they were constantly supplied with clean bedding and towels.
The bungalows can get quite warm and stuffy according to some of the guests who found the heat in the rooms rather uncomfortable. Guests were provided with fans but many said they were inadequate and had to keep their windows open in order to cool down.
Although free Wi-Fi is advertised in the bungalows, guests were only able to connect to the internet around the pool area and close to reception. Many said they were inconvenienced as they were led to believe that they could access in the internet from their apartments.
Some guests objected to the lack of ovens in their bungalows as they could only use the rings on the cooker to prepare their food. Microwaves were also not provided much to the disappointment of some of the guests.
