Las Letras Apartments by Terravision Travel are located in Plaza Matute, in the heart of Madrid. The apartments are housed in a building dating to 1930s. There are 15 apartments featuring free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, en suite bathrooms and heating as well as air-conditioning. All the apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen, while some have separate living areas. Las Letras apartments are completely smoke free. There is multilingual staff available in the apartments. Other services include tour assistance, express Check-out and concierge services. Parking is available for a fee in a nearby area. Breakfast is served in the room. Since the hotel is located in the heart of Madrid there are many restaurants and pubs in the locality around. Plaza del Sol Square and the Prado Museum are both within a ten-minute walk from the apartments. Anton Martin metro station is a two-minute walk.

The apartments are located ideally in the heart of Madrid. All the major tourist attractions are mostly at a walking distance from the apartments. Moreover, travelling from the apartments is also very easy, as railway stations and other modes of transport are also in the vicinity.
All the apartments are very well maintained and immaculately clean. Even the bedding in the apartments are spotless, and so are the towels and other furnishings. All the apartments also have free Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen featuring microwave, refrigerator etc, which guests found very handy.
The staff at the apartments are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and since they know multiple languages, conversing with them is not a problem said the guests. They guided guests about the areas of interest nearby and resolved any queries of the guests promptly and with a cheerful face.
Bathrooms in the apartments were pretty small and guests said that in many bathrooms the toilet seats were broken and shower doors were hanging off the hinges. The waste disposal system in the bathrooms was found unhygienic.
Breakfast served in Las Letras is not included in the apartment price. Thus, guests had to pay separately for the breakfast and the portions served were found to be very meagre.
Wi-Fi is available in the rooms as well the public areas of Las Letras, but the connectivity of the same is poor and intermittent causing inconvenience to several guests.
