Although not exactly in the city centre, the hotel's location is still ideal for many guests. It is still a walkable distance to the centre and there are bus stops that will take anyone to the area or other places of Bologna. The city is not too big so walking is an option.
The rooms are said to be very warm and clean by many guests. The bathrooms are also nicely kept and it was nice to stay in a clean environment. The rooms are also comfortable in their setting and furnishings.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit bothersome for some guests who were trying to connect to the Internet and found it did not work well at all. Even reception did not know how to fix Internet issues. Sometimes it worked and would not work after a couple of minutes.
Some guests were not impressed with the “breakfast buffet” they had in the mornings. For the price paid, they thought they could get a better breakfast elsewhere or would have preferred more options. Some were left a bit hungry than full.
The actual area of the hotel is said to be not ideal for some guests. They were not impressed with the area and thought to be in a shady area, especially at night. They recommend to not walk alone at night in the area.
