Hotel Atlantic Palace is a restored 14th century monastery. Most recently restored in 2009, the location is between the S. Maria Novella train station and the convention and exhibition centre in Florence. Each of the 67 rooms offers a satellite plasma television, Wi-Fi Internet, telephone, minibar, safety deposit box, and air conditioning. All rooms also offer a bathroom with shower or bathtub, and some provide views of San Lorenzo and Duomo. Hotel Atlantic Palace offers room service and 24-hour reception. There is a 25-seat conference room and laundry service that can be paid for. Small pets are allowed. There is no on-site parking, however. Breakfast is served on-site each morning. The Cenacolo of the Fuligno Conservatory is 50-metres away, while a five minute walk takes you to Piazza San Lorenzo. Also, Piazza della Repubblica and Duomo are just minutes away.
