You can walk to Old Quebec easily and there are countless restaurants, pubs, and popular landmarks all around. You won't need any public transport to get to all the city has to offer, but there is a taxi stand just steps away and public parking is convenient.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and luxurious. Since the inn is soundproofed, you will have a quiet stay. The staff is extremely helpful and bilingual and works hard to make guests feel special.
This inn is perfect for those romantic getaways or chances to spoil yourself. The included breakfast is wonderful and the rain showers in the room is a perfect touch. The decor is lovely and the exposed brick walls add a nice ambiance to the stay.
There is no parking onsite and guests will have to walk to the public spaces or use the costly valet. There is also no lift, so you'll be hauling up your bags or asking for assistance. Also, the pedestrian-only street out front means you can't zip through to a parking garage, but will be hoofing it where ever you need to go.
Some of the rooms can be rather small, with smaller baths and storage space. The attic rooms present an extra challenge as those also have steeply sloping ceilings which make it a challenge for taller guests.
The air conditioning, ice dispenser, and water pressure can vary in service needs. If you do have a problem with your room, you'll simply have to be patient as it is fixed because the inn is often at capacity.
