Most guests feel that the hotel is in need of a renovation as the beds and furniture in the rooms, and the hallway carpets look old and dated.

The appliances in the rooms like iron and hairdryer do not function properly. Guests have also had problems with the treadmill and bike in the fitness center, which makes too much noise when in use. Some guests have had issues with the hotel's printer when they need to print their boarding pass.

The walls of the rooms are too thin allowing lot of noise to be heard from the adjoining rooms.
