Whether visitors are there to go to the Henry Ford Museum or to catch a plane from Detroit Metro to travel other areas, many guests commented that location was one of the key reasons for picking this hotel.. And they weren't disappointed.

The majority of guests said they enjoyed their interactions with the staff. They were helpful whenever possible while also being friendly and accommodating.

Most people realize the breakfast that's served for free is exactly that... A free breakfast. For most individuals who are looking for something quick to grab say it suited the purpose. Other guests did mention that there are restaurants in the area where meals can be found.

Some people felt that it was very clean; others thought that it was extremely dirty. Perhaps the difference is just room-by-room since visitors comments fluctuate from one extreme to the other when it comes to cleanliness. Furthermore, some guests mentioned that the rooms smelled smoky while others noticed nothing at all. So again, it may just depend on your room's location.

Guests remarked that the hotel could use updating across the board. They cite décor, painting, cleaning, amenities, etc. A number of guests, even those people who enjoyed their stay, say the location is showing its age.

Most visitors enjoyed the shuttle service to the airport. Others, however, had issues. Some cited that they had difficulty reaching the hotel to get the shuttle. Others mentioned that the shuttle was not running or was late. Again, for the most part, visitors enjoyed the service and didn't have any issues.
