Baymont Inn & Suites Mason provides a free shuttle service to all the guests to Kings Island Park and all the nearby places. Guests were really happy with the shuttle service to Lindner Family Tennis Center located nearby.
The hotel is very well-placed with close proximity to a variety of restaurants, convenience stores and other tourist spots in Cincinnati. The Beach Waterpark is just a few blocks from the hotel and Tennis center and King's Island park are just across. Good for family travelers.
Friendly and Approachable Staff With cordial and helpful staff around, guest felt completely at ease with all the little help or information needed. Guests loved the easy check-in to the rooms, quick first-aid help and help pertaining to get a rental car. Excellent guest-service is one of the major good points of Baymont Inn & Suites Mason.
Most of the guests reported that breakfast is not a very good experience. Limited choices of breakfast along with most cold items and bread products the guests disappointed.
Some minor issues like faulty refrigerator, missing toilet papers, dirty mirrors, unclean pool etc. need to be looked at and sorted out. However, these issues did not affect the overall stay.
A few guests reported that the Wi-Fi is slow and network connectivity remains an issue. It is really difficult to connet to the Wi-Fi.
