The spacious and well-appointed rooms at this property has been liked by most of the past guests. The rooms have good storage space and walking area for young guests. The microwave, tea/coffee maker and refrigerator in the room added to their comfort.
The friendly team has been a helping hand for past guests. Guests who didn't have much idea about the area were assisted properly by the hospitable reception staff. Past guests couldn't praise their attentive approach enough.
Past guests at this property had a disturbed stay as they were made to overhear people staying next-door and walking in the corridor. The paper-thin walls allows zero sound isolation and guests had to bear the brunt of it.
In certain instances, the guests were welcomed with a dirty guest room and a moldy bathroom. Cleanliness was almost nil with the hotel's public area and guest rooms which led to utter disappointment among past guests.
