Previous guests reported that the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during their visit. The front desk service staff works to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. Many reported that no task was too much for all of the service staff. The staff's kind demeanor and attentive service were major hotel highlights for previous visitors. Many were pleased with the level of customer service at breakfast. Guests reported that the front desk will call up to your room just to make sure everything is going well during your visit.

Most of the hotel rooms feature views of the lake. The hotel is situated within close proximity to the freeway, shopping and dining areas. Previous guests noted that the location was ideal for reaching points of interests, main attractions and local restaurants. In the warmer months, you can get a good view of the S.S. Badger docking and leaving.

The dedicated housekeeping staff reports daily to keep the rooms fresh and tidy. Previous guests reported spacious rooms and large beds in the hotel rooms. The pool, sauna and whirlpool facilities are also reportedly very clean and kept to high cleanliness standard.

Some guests reported some outdated conditions concerning the hotel's exterior and a few of the in-room accessories. Examples of grievances include darker washed towels, stained linens and dark lighting in the hotel rooms. Despite it's outdated furnishings other guests reported that the property is well maintained.

Despite a tremendous service staff, there were several reports detailing of a lack of staff members at the front desk and around the hotel. This was only an inconvenience for some.
