Great location, customer service
Guests felt that the hotel is positioned in a safe location and it is also close to many restaurants and shops, which is very convenient. Guests found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. They made an effort to make all guests feel welcome. They also assisted them with directions to local venues.

The breakfast according to most guests, was exceptional, with several choices available. They followed a rotating menu. The time frame for serving breakfast up to 10AM was liked by all.

Run down toilets
A guest complained that the flush in his bathroom was not working. So he was shifted to another room, but there also he noticed that there was no water in the shower. When he asked the front desk to get it repaired, he was offered a ten percent off on one nights' rate. Some guests complained that the towel racks were rusty. The faucet leaked non-stop in many of the rooms.

Many guests noted that the housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms daily. They had to call the staff to clean the rooms and replace towels. The air conditioners did not work too well and there were dust deposits on them.
