As soon as you step outside, you will see the beautiful water. The hotel has a lovely grassy area that leads right to the water. There are deck chairs for you to use, too.

You will be able to get to the downtown area pretty fast. That's right; Kingston is only less than a 15-minute drive away, so you can check out tons of restaurants, shops, attractions and more.

Even if you get a suite for your stay, it won't be too spacious or generously-sized. In fact, the rooms can seem to be downright tiny, making it difficult to get comfortable or spread out here.

Since there is a train right near this hotel, you will be able to hear it. The train blows a whistle several times an hour, including throughout the night. There's a good chance it will wake you up.

The exterior of the property isn't exactly a nice sight. From the junk piled up under the stairs to the long grass that needs to be cut, there are a few different areas that could use some TLC.
